Kieran has extensive experience in business having owner managed companies for over two decades. Consequently he has a deep understanding of the strategic and business issues that challenge our clients thereby enabling comprehensive and innovative solutions to these needs in terms of their web site and virtual presence.

Kieran augmented his skill-set through continual learning by graduating with distinction from a MBA program in International Business Management and received first class honours in a Higher Diploma in Science in IT Infrastructure. In addition he is Cisco, VMware and Microsoft certified having successfully completed the requirements for seven professional IT certificates.

As Digital Marketing Manager, Mella leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility across our digital platform. With a strong background in digital marketing, she oversees campaign planning, performance analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to ensure our marketing efforts deliver measurable results.

In 2022, she returned to college to further develop her professional skills, completing IADT’s ‘Higher Diploma in Business Digital Content Creation’ and a ‘Post Graduate Diploma in Business Digital Entrepreneurship’ where she graduated with distinction (GPA: 3.44). Mella combines analytical thinking, creativity, and a results-focused approach to ensure impactful marketing strategies that support both organisational objectives and user engagement.
